if you are going to buy your first laptop then keep these things in mind before buying it.
You may be wondering a lot how to select a computer or a laptop. For a beginner it’s really hard to know what’s “C” in computer. But when the time goes on he/she realize that the pc/laptop they have brought doesn’t meet their expectation now and then they go for another one. Your previous laptop/ computer suffer a lot by this. Some tips so that you don’t have to buy another one “one for all”. The price Tag: – well it’s not a basic and important thing for choosing your first computer but you should or must be clear about it in your mind before buying a computer. The Computer market is vast and has number of things. So decide first your range to buy a computer. The maximum money you can invest on your laptop or computer.
The brand Name
Mostly people set up their mind on buy a computer of Sony or Toshiba or HP. It also represents a status symbol for them. So be ready to choose the right brand cause with brand the cost automatically goes high. Here are some cool brand names

Choose the processor carefully
For beginner you would not be too much familiar with Processors. Well processors are responsible for speed in a computer (RAM too). The more latest and fine your processor the more you will enjoy in running your computer. Here are some brands with specs
Intel
Intel is famous for its no heat generation. There is a little heat generated in Intel processors. Especially Intel processors are best if you work 24 hours and worried about heating up your computer too much. I recommended you Intel core 2 duo processors and if your budget allows you then Core I7 (a little costly).
AMD
Another leading company and may be already beaten Intel in some extent but not completely. But still Intel is on lead with its Core I7 “phenom”. AMD processors are heavier then Intel say +25% and generate too much heat. Even you can’t hold a laptop on your lap for some hours. But AMD turion x2 R70 2.0 GHz is faster than core 2 duo T5800 2.0 GHz. If you are looking for cheaper processor then AMD lead but if you on increasing higher range then AMD doesn’t stand a change with Intel.
Choosing RAM?
This is the most important part, you computer speed also depends upon RAM you select. There are wide ranges in market for RAM like DDR1, DDR2 and DDR3. DDR means Double Data rate transfer, so I guess you got what I means. DDR3 is faster than all. ALL the temporary works of our system is goes and store in RAM so the space allocation for RAM should be more SAY more than 2 GB will be preferable or 4 GB even better. These DDR3 RAM cost you a little more penny then DDR2. The Range of DDR3 starts with $125 onward. If you are die hard gamer then I suggest you DDR3 for better graphic and faster game play performance.
Choosing Graphic Card
This is not so much important but once the computer is on hand you can’t resist playing any games and when you play it, you will feel something missing. Without Gaming Graphic the game really looks too much poor. So spend as much as you can so that you will not regret in future for it. The Ranges for the Graphic cards are so much high and costly too.
Mainly there are two quality brands.
Nvidia : if you are looking for Nvidia one then I will suggest you Nvidia GTX 9800 or GTX 9800+, 512 Mb or 1 GB Dedicated memory.
AMD
There are other things too like motherboard, hard disk (choose more than 250 GB if you are teenager), SMPS and etc. but I think you don’t need now to tell you those. After reading it you will not be a beginner about computer and can choose your one time right pc/laptop. But if you are damn rich then forgot all above things and choose the computer to love on first site.
